If you run into a dead end locally to you (at sign shops mainly, but also some marine shops carry it as well) Your best bet will be to order online (which increases cost quite a bit)
If you do have to go with an online source I order mine from www.usplastics.com

It is if you can find them locally.. Or if you are planning to make many (the larger the order from an online source the less the shipping accounts into over all costs..) On average you can make a 4'x2'x1' 1/4" pvc enclosure for under 80 bucks all hardware and plexi counted into the cost.
