Random shots: moluccan scrubs, bredli, and a colubrid.

I don't post here much anymore, but it's a boring Sunday, so here are some shots from last weeks feeding and cleaning.

Twitchy post shed- 2003 Moluccan, imported by Zoological Imports:

Female (not yet named) 2003 Moluccan, from BenS:

Rillo (male) 2003 Moluccan, also from BenS:
(sorry about the poop...pre-cleaning shots aren't all that glamorous I guess. )

2002 Striped Male Bredli (from Casey Lazik):

2002 Normal Bredli Pair (also from Casey Lazik): I love this shot, this was the first time I'd ever seen the female soaking in her water, the male was crawling aross the bowl as well (wondering what the female was up to most likely)...when I started flashing pics, she pulled completely under the water. The male is in the middle, right above the female's head...everything else is her.

And an even more random non-python shot. This is my female Eastern Indigo hanging out in her hide box:

Man That first Moluccan is a real screamer. I like that guy a lot. Is that the snake that was suppose to be a Tanimbar? Keep up the good work.

Hey Eli,

Yes, that's one of the two I purchased from ZI as M. nauta, that turned out to be moluccans. I ended up sending the larger female back, and now I wish I would have kept her.

At first Twitch was my least favorite moluccan, but now he's all settled down, and as tame as the other two. Over the past few sheds he's lost a lot of the scarring he used to have. There are still some spots on his sides that are a bit marked up, but his face has lost any trace of it, and I'm hoping over time they'll go away pretty much completely.

Now I just need to build some more cages so I can pick up a few more females, and maybe an axanthic or two if I can find them... (you could post some pics of yours, hint hint).
