I take superworms and put them in little film containers that film comes in. One superworm per container and a very small (1/4 tsp) amount of food in the bottom. Also make sure to put some very small air holes in the lid of each container. From there I just put them all in a box so it's dark and then into the greenhouse where it's warm. Though an incubator will substitute as a greenhouse. Then every couple weeks I check on them and pull any that might die for some reason or ones that just won't start morphing.
In a while you'll have ugly black beetles, that I keep in a big plastic container with whatever material that is superworms come in. Give them food and water and then they hump like crazy and lay their eggs in some small burlap strips I put in. After a while you'll have little tiny superworms in there. You can then move all the beetles to another container just like the previous one. This way the baby superworms don't eat the eggs the beetles will keep laying. The adults live for a few months so plan the next batch in advance.
