First Paula let me say that your Dum is awesome...I've had my eye on them for awhile now too but I read somewhere that DUms are the most inbred of ALL snake species (not sure if there's any truth to that though). Anyway, here are some pics.
Nicaraguans...

Hogs...

Kahl strain het Albino

You are the one who got me looking at the different boas. There are so many gorgeous ones out there...I was thinking of the Hoggs or Cay Caulkers also....But the pink on this guy really caught my eye...it also helps that he came from a local friend. (no shipping )

BTW Those pics are AWESOME....You really do have some Beautiful snakes....I was also checking out the Nics when you posted before...oh well...so many snakes....so little room...

but like you said...only so much room. I have plenty of room now BUT I only have so much money to spend on frozen mice...it gets expensive real quick. I never thought I'd be ordering from the 1000 mice column.lol. Anyway, my next purchases will be Solomon Island Ground Boas, Kunisher Island Ratsnakes, Hypo Boa (probably next year), BP 100% het albino, hypo everglades, and I may start getting into Amazon tree boas next year if room permits. I'm hoping to have a spectacular breeding season in 2007 with some really amazing stuff that I'll be literally giving away.lol....I'm honestly not into it for the money...anyway, here are some more Nic boa pics.

Sonoran Des. Boas....great little boas from BCI Joe...

Talk about color change...Hogs are really like Chameleons somedays.

Only one Cay was feeling photogenic...small size, large attitudes.lol. THey calm down quickly once picked up though.

Anery Columbian...very nice silvery-white contrast on her...

Lets not forget the almost extinct Argentine Boas...I would LOVE to see one in the wild...I bet its something to behold!

The first was of an 03 female. This is her 01 future mate. He was about to shed when this pic was taken. The photo doesnt really show it normal colors. There is a great story about Dums in this months Reptile Magazine if you havent checked it out. It was written by Bill Love and has a lot of really interesting info. By the way, Yours is a real looker. Hope you enjoy yours as much as we have ours.

I love the patterns on these snakes, they are so cool. It is also nice that they have such a sweet and mellow personality.

I plan on getting my hands on that magazine to check out that article. I am really excited about having this sweet baby. I know that I am going to enjoy raising him up and eventually breeding him. (my sister has his "girl"

I have friends that breed dumerils.I have been tempted more than once to get a pair. They just get to big for what space I have available. Most are docile but ive seen a couple with a mean streak.lol Great pic and nice colours on your dums...Paul
