I agree, they don't like to 'behave' for pics. Especially the youngsters. LOL
Let them crawl under a hide, cream cheese container, etc.
Allow them enough time to get 'comfy' (a minute or so).
GENTLY remove the hide and snap your photos.
I find this helps alot of the time and can alleviate some of the frustration of flighty photo subjects.
