CBB Lateralis lateralis hatchling

twinoats Nov 07, 2004 04:06 PM

Finally, fruit of a long wait: CBB Carpets! This one hatched 9/15/04, pardon old photo, caught baby mid-blink, with a close-up of a fingernail that had been all day at the barn! Horrible picture, but had to share the pic of a baby of a tough species. Hopefully more to hatch of this clutch, and another clutch from May is on its way too. Keep fingers crossed. Better pics to follow.

Please post plenty of photos as they mature.
I think they are one of the nicest looking chams.
I have been wanting to get one but have never tried keeping them.

Congrats Kerry...keep us posted on any others that hatch out. Cute little buggers, aren't they? How old is that picture?

Hi Kerry,
Can you tell me your incubation method (such as Temp. Humidity, diapause or not, etc)? I tried several times but still fail to hatch Carpet baby.

Many thanks.

Best rgds.,
Eddy
