I recently posted a question about a ball that had shed all of his body except the right eye and about three inches down the side of his neck. The shed still hasnt came off, I have tried soaking, no tears oil, and damp paper towls, and damp pillowcases, with no success, so I killed him.... just kidding, I dont mind waiting until he sheds next for it to come off, but is it safe for me to feed him? any other ideas would be helpful regarding getting his shed off?

I would feed him. If he wants to eat, he will. I wouldn't mess with the shed that didn't come off. Seems like you've done what you can.
