kailin120288 Nov 08, 2004 08:38 AM

when i first got my dragon it was very timid now that i've had it two months it has started to show aggression like opening its mouth and trying to bite me when i reach to pick it up. Is that normal behaivior for a baby or do i need to do something about it.

you could try hand feeding him. he'll learn to associate your hand w/ food and may not be afraid of you anymore. dont over do it though, my dragons seem to have gotten a little lazy when it comes to chasing down their own food. plus, the more you handle him the sooner he'll realize your not gonna hurt him. Just a thought....

Remember that your the boss of your dragon its not the boss of you.
gentle handle him 3 or 4 times a week and he'll eventully realize your not gonna hurt him.
