unless i take him out he doesnt move ill goto work and come back and hes in the same spot

Hey Roo,
First I'd suggest getting him checked out by a good qualified herp vet. Be sure to bring in a fresh stool sample so it can be checked for internal parasites. Another thing to remember is that you have not allowed adequate time for him to settle in & get adjusted to his new home. Make sure you have the correct temperatures, humidity levels & proper lighting in his home. Is he still drinking? You didn't say where you got him from, but too often they are dehydrated if WC frilleds are obtained.
I'm no expert on frillies, but the above suggestions is basically the same for any newly acquired reptile.
