How are you lighting the lower cages? Is it a sealed fixture of some sort?

Chris they are 16 inch flourescent bulb lights from home depot they were 15.99 each i believe. they hold misting, humidity and heat from the heat panels( not much heat ). They work great and even have their own switch so if you wanna turn them off individually.
