bought this guy from a local pet store when we were getting goldfish for my slider tank. he wouldnt sit still for anything to get a decent picture so this is probably useless until i get better ones, but i was hopeful...any help would be great. ill try for better pictures when i get a chance.

another one, not much better...

it is probably a bull frog or leopard frog tadpole. They seem to be the two most common tads that get mixed with feeder fish

better pictures, but not by much...i think hes a leopard frog too, judging from comeone elses post w/a picture of a tad that looks just like him

Most pet store tads are green frogs, bull frogs and leopard frogs. Side view looks a bit like green/bullfrog type, but the narrow profile from the blurry top view indicates a leopard frog. You are porbably correct.
