The first book I would recommend is Snake Venom Poisoning
by Findlay E. Russell, M.D., Ph.D.

If you can find someone who owns and is willing to xerox a copy of Venom101 it contains a great deal of information. It used to be a website but disappeared years ago. There are a few printed copies floating around.

There is also a book called something along the lines of "Captive Care of Venomous Reptiles for the Zookeeper" or something like that ...... I haven't seen a copy in a couple of years though.

I'm also sorta partial to this one: http://www.envenomated.com being that I am the author

The book that Greg mentioned is great, as is "Venomous Reptiles of the Western Hemisphere"

My all time favorite though is Carl Ernst's "Venomous Reptiles of North America" -- Nobody could touch what he has written.
