an you give us any pics of the enclosure? what are the dimensions? substrate? what kind of light cycle are youre pietschmannis on right now? temp? humidity? please tell me everything! im sure youve got to be doing something right! how long have you had these guys? its 1.2, right?
Hi,
The dimensions of my cage are 24"w x 20"d x 24"h for my pair and no I don't have 1.2 just 1.1. The cage is all screen except for the front, back and bottom. I have had my male for about 2 years and my female I got in feburary but quarantined her for about 3-4 months then introduced her into my males encloser in June. I turn on the lights about 7 in the mouring and off at about 6 at night. Humidity is around 80-90% during the mourning and night and around 60-75% during the day. I run a ulta-sonic humidifier during the mourning and night that is hooked up so the fog will fall down though the top of the cage. As for temps I have them around 72 for the ambiant air in the cage and about 80 for a basking spot. They seem to prefer the higher temps. I also have a black light that goes on at night that they really like to bask under. I also previde a cooling period for them from about Feburary to June and increased temps somewhat from June to October I have started to cool them off a little now. I'll post a picture of the cage soon.
Hope this helps. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask.
