turtle ear trouble

hi everyone,

i had a turtle with an ear infection, well the infection was drained and the trutle seemed fine. But now i notice he is keeping his head to one side and is swimming that way too! he is eating and acting fine, no changes in apitite, activity or baskig. did anyone else have this happen? what should i do if anything?
