Should I give them Raw or cooked ???

I did a search on the net for your answer. I am more of a snake guy myself, but according to sites like thetegu.com and agamainternational it seems boiling and dicing them works best.

I am sure you will get much mroe educated responses than this from others. But from what i have read you shuld be carefull feeding eggs because Tegus can become addicted to them and refuse anything else! I use egg to scent fruit to trick my red tegu into eating it! Lol

Thats a very good method. I have done similar to get snakes to eat new foods as well.

Thanks, I got the idea from someone else on the forum actually. But I don't remember who. This forum has been great for my Tegu though
