So you are Brazilian? Im Brazilian too, from São Paulo but im living in India now (New Delhi).

About TREX he is still alive and apparently he is getting better but very slowly.His mouth/tongue are still VERY pale but today he headbobed to me what i think its a good sign!lol!He is eating a little and tomorrow (if he doesnt start bleeding again) ill turn his basking lights on.

This photo was taking before we moved to India, when we were living in Malaysia.Malaysia is a great place to raise iguanas but India (New Delhi) isnt .Here or its too hot for igs or too cold! The weather temperature varies from 130F to 30F!The summer is too hot, can reach 48 C and the winter is too cold can drop until 0 C.

The iguana on the photo is it yours? It looks cute! Where did you buy it? In Brazil i think its VERY complicated to get iguanas!I have only 2 iguanas now.Thor i bought in Indonesia and TREX in Malaysia.

Yep, that ig is mine. My little female, Tania. I got them (her and the other male) from a friend of mine that breeds them. Amazing how impredictable the weather is in New Delhi huh? I have the same problem as you do with vets... it is very dificult to find a good ig vet here in Brazil...
Oh well, let me know how TRex is doing.. he is such a great looking ig!

Are you still living in São Paulo? I love that city and i miss it soooo much!But the weather is not very good for iguanas, too.Too cold dont you think so?

Hey!! How long haven´t you been here??? Lol!!
It gets cold on winter time, but not even a half cold than it is in the US.. Right now, since it is summer time, it´s about 97 F... (32 C). Pretty hot don´t you think??
The sun will appear most part of the year, and it gets really hot during the whole year. Just when its winter that the temperature will drop a little, but nothing to worry about.
How do I know she´s a female? Take a look at my posts below. I posted a few pics of the femoral pores of them.. you can clearly see the difference between them.

Both are doing great thanks!New Delhi is much better than i thought.People here are VERY NICE to animals, even the stray dogs are fat and well treated.Ive seen poor children feeding the stray dogs and cats.Even very poor people on the streets care and dont abuse the animals!I do love that city!)

Leonardo and Rafael are well, eating and sleeping a lot as usual.During the trip from Malaysia to India i needed to put them in very small cages and Leonardo became so upset to be confined in such a small area he bit me twice.But they were not very aggressive bites, only superficial ones, he bit me only to remind me he was not happy with the situation.Now that my boxes arrived and he is back to his own and huge cage he is back to his sweet personality!
