unfortunately i have no informative pics, but im sure others have some floating around. people are constantly around these boards wondering the sex of their gex, and i even had to ask some people around here their opinion. at the age of yours, if it is male the hemipenal bulge should be very prominent if it is male. there is basically no missing the bulge, as some people mention it looks like a pair of testicles at the base of the tail. females have a slight bulge, and when my female was in the period where she was maturing, i couldnt tell because she seemed to have a slightly developed bulge. however, the bulge never developed any further. then of course, you get stories of the freaks of nature who seem to develop the bulge overnight after you've already "determined" the sex. theres no better way to tell the sex than the bulge, unless you want to break out the magnifying glass and look for the femoral pores on the scales anterior to the vent. i've tried that though even with a crested gecko i knew for sure was male, and could still barely see the slightest hint of pores.
so to make it short, look for the bulge. if it's not there, best chances are it's a female (as long as shes old enough).
