i'v been looking for a book on building -i've found one by:
Dick Bartlett -cage construction and .........
tell me what you think about the link? (and if you have read the book tell me if it's any good) it's the same guy as on ebay , i'm just wondering if it's worth it? i contacted the folks
about the quality of the instructions , but all they told me was
that "they are really easy to follow".
i understand that this posting might be more appropriate in another room, but i'v never talked in another room ,& THE Kingsnake
room kicks butt!!! ha ha

Dick Bartlett has probably been around this game as long as anyone...maybe even as long as me.

He is a frequent contributor of articles for Reptiles Magazine, as well as this forum. He and his wife have countless published articles and books to their credit (well, maybe not countless, but a bunch). I believe he started out as a field herpetologist. His work is excellent.

I would think that his book of cage plans would be up to the same standard as the rest of his work.

I haven't tried the ebook link..I'll go check it out.

As far as draining my mind, it wouldn't take long...you certainly wouldn't go broke from long distance costs.
