If you look again, you had two replies below.

Since no one seems to have an answer right away and your Tegu obviously has some sort of condition it would best to seek professional help (a reptile vet).

Forums are generally a source for general or common information. It would seem your issue is beyond 'common' or 'general' so if you care at all for your Tegu you should call a vet immediatetly. Most decent vets who have any reptile knowledge will often give you ideas of what it could be and what the seriousness level might be right over the phone.

Keep in mind, I am not flaming you. I assume you simply overlooked the replies to your previous post, but my only concern is that you have a sick tegu and you should seriously call a vet with your issue since its not a basic question like "How large of an enclosure do I need?" ,"how do a get my tegu to eat?" etc. The longer you wait the worse your tegu could be getting.

These white bumps are not normal .
This sounds like some type of fungus or bacterial infection.
You need to have it looked at by a vet as soon as possible .

Hello,
Its okay. I Think While i was writing this post you guys must have been replying because i looked at the old one right before i started this post. I'll take a picture tommorow morning before school bcause he's asleep right now. He's had the bumps since i bought him, but it doesnt seem to effect him at all. Ever since i bought him he's been good, i feed him cricket, fuzzies, mantids, eggs etc. I use reptocal every once in a while. i use a UVB sun glo light, and every once in a while i use night glo UVB light. I have clean shavings, a log for him to sleep and a bowl of water ( i clean water frequesntly)

Thanks

" have clean shavings,"

Does this mean you are using small animal bedding like pine or aspen shavings ?
If you are you need to change it asap as it can and will cause sking problems.
What you are describing is not normal and just because he has it since you got it doesn't mean it is alright or normal .
Tegus should never be kept on small animal bedding as it mold ups very fast when damp and it causes fungal infections when it is moldy.

Go to Home Depot / Target / Walmart or your local garden center and get a bag of either Cypress mulch , Eucalyptus mulch , Hemlock mulch or Orchid bark .(these are the only barks I have found that don't mold up fast and cause skin problems )

Hello,
I have a type of mulch as bedding. It is mainly a reptile type of substrate.

Thanks
