Savannah Adult Cage Size?

ccloveraz Nov 09, 2004 08:03 PM

What size cage is suitable for an adult savannah? I am getting ready to build an enclosure. He is 2' right now and he is in a 4' x 1.5 x 1.5 cage so I need to build a cage soon.

He's 4ft 6inches and 10lbs. Id say 4x4x8ft or much bigger, dont do as I did and screw up by keeping him in a cage too small, was a great animal to.

Ok, I'm thinking of 4x4x12 now, I just want to stay with single pieces of wood (Much simpler that way).

Good idea to stick with single pieces of wood, which is why you should go with 8' x 4'

I measured the room last night and the best I can do is 8 x 4 anyway.
