Does anyone know if there is an easy way to get an overview of who/where has what/which kind of laws/regulations, etc?

I'd like to get an idea of what kind of laws there are in other communities/states compared to the laws in my locale.

in mass alot of things are illegal. GTP, ETB, retics, anacondas, but not burms. Although all constrictors over 10 feet now require permits. No monitors or Crocadilians. No Chameleons. Most anything out of the normal.
