Does anyone know how to become a breeder/dealer in Maryland? I know there are regulations, permits (at least I think there are), but can't find information on the state's website. I have some really great Saharans--too young yet to breed, but boy would I love it if they would--I would also like to just be able to make sure these wonderful animals are well taken care of and sold responsibly.
