GOOD MORNING PEOPLES!Sry about that!This is a discussion that gus had started the other day an a few people had very good points an a couple of fed-ex employees got upset over the discussion,BUT,It is a subject that does need to be talked about an somthing does need to be done about it!Even though it is a package being shipped to a destination somewhere in the U.S.Isn't it still mail?Isn't tampering with ones mail a federal charge that is enditable in prison!What gave this employee the right to even think about opening this persons package?I mean give me a break I assume that their is tests that are run to make sure it's not drugs!Some of the big wigs in this hobby definatley need to get together an do somthing or we will end up hand delivering our boa's in the future!Or end up selling at shows period!I will have baby boa's this spring hopefully an I dont even know how I am even going to think about shipping them!I can't get approved threw Delta because I don't fall in their 90 mile radius!I understand that I can sign certain paperwork threw fed-ex but thats just to ship business to business?This all needs to stop its crazy!Fed-Ex,U.P.S,ECT,ECT HAS BEEN MAKING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OFF OF BREEDERS AN THE PUBLIC FOR WHAT THE PAST 30 YEARS,AN NOW THEY ARE COMPLAINING!give me a break!Somthing has to give!!!!!!!Like someone said the other day,Their is blood,virus's,an who knows what else that is being shipped every day an nothing is said about that!Our Forefather's that faught for this country an our constitutional rights are rolling over in their grave!What did they do fight an die for nothing!LOOKS THAT WAY!Tomorrow is veterans day an all the veterans deserve an have one the respect to be honored for what they have done for this great country!But we need to read between the lines an look back further in our history an look at what fellow men that started this country died for,How are we honoring them for the future they died for to give us a better one when it looks like anymore their graves are being spat upon.With all these new rules,that completely go against what they faught an died for!Sorry for the rambling but invasion of privacy is illegal an whaen one opens up a package that is basically being mailed an is protected under our federal rights then the ball needs to be popped!Sorry for rambling on but it is just a very upsetting situation for me an not just the shipping but people trying to tell us what animal we can keep an everything!TOM,DICK AN HARRY down the street might think any good snake is a dead one but it is still an animal that GOD put on this earth an it deserves to be treated that way!Thanks Eric[Hypoboa]

Im also expecting some offspring this season, and I dont know how I can get it to buyers with this whole shipping deal. What if a worker at ups or fed ex does know about boa morphs, and does open a box and sees its a Sunglow and keeps it. I could sell at shows, but the closest one to me is 6hrs away. I dont know, something needs to change.

Although it didn't make the headlines -- my first time shipping (or trying) thru Fed ex , everything was sent off fine. Well about 2 hours later I get a call to come and pick up my package, for they won't ship them. And come to find out that a guy that I know who also breeds snakes, had the same thing happen to him about a month earlier. I'm wondering if they can X-ray the box to find out what's being shipped? !
