Here is a picture of my new Corn Snake, Satan, that I purchased last Friday. Can anyone tell me what type/color variety this is? I'm sorry if it is too dark to tell. He is a brownish color, not red.

It is very hard to tell, and the presence of a better picture on a white background in focus would make such an analysis a LOT more precise, so please take what I am about to say with a HUGE grain of salt...OK???
However, all of that being true, the presence of that elongated stripe from the base of the skull backward, the number and appearance of the saddles, and the description of the coloration you gave "brown, not red"...all lead me to suspect that your animal may well be a guttatus/emoryii cross. If so, then it may be the result of a creamsicle project, and may very well be het for amelanism too.
Like I said initially, there is no way to be certain at all from that picture, but even the most clearly defined picture won't provide certainty on the subject. What I have said above is merely the semi-educated guess of a guy that has seen a few corns, a few emoryiis, and a few hybrids. Take it for it's worth.
Hope that helps a bit --
