I read in the paper (Austin American Statesman) Monday that Bob Barker is donating $1,000,000 to the University of Southern California Law School. The donation is to start THE BOB BARKER ENDOWMENT FUND FOR THE STUDY OF ANIMAL RIGHTS LAW.
This fund will pay for teaching, research, seminars, and lectures, Not to mention encourage law students to specialize in that kind of law. I haven't looked up any of the contact info on USC Law School yet, but we do need to get as many e-mails and letters to them as possible, letting them know that if they are interested in the welfare of animals, PETA, and HSUS is not the way to go. Don't write in as a herper. Represent yourself as someone who cares about animals.
Anyway something to consider.

an Peta advocate. Do we know that this money will probably go against the animal keeping population in study ? Probably .
