There's not enough info in your post. What do you mean by "stgty movements"?
Chams often rock and sway while walking to make themselves look less like an animal and more like a wind-swayed leaf. Is this what you mean?
The color of a cham's tongue may vary depending on its body temp. The tongue is normally deep pink, but it varies.
Neither of these things have much to do with how much you fed him.
I'm no vet, but it sounds more like dehydration. Several things can cause this including internal parasites. I know you've probably heard this before, but it definitely wouldn't hurt to have a fecal done. It sounds like he's eating the right amount of food, but reptiles can actually get pinworms from the crickets they eat.
