Russian tortoise.

That sure looks like a Sulcata (Geochelone sulcata).
looks like a russian tortoise to me. AKA horsfield tortoise.
i breed russians. that's not a russian.

sorry i confused everyone.
The tortoise pictured with the link in the original post is a male Russian tortoise.
Russians have tiny eyes. That looks like a sulcata.
