do male bloods get big and beefy like the females do? (more)

i have a male sumatran red blood,,,he rocks very gentle snake,,,he is in the 3 foot range,,,just wondering if he will get thick like the females do?

Hey,
Male bloods can get beefy and heavey, but not quite as large as females. Red blood males can get to be any where from 25-35Lbs. on average, but some have gotten as heavy as 40Lbs. Lengths can vary from 4.5 ft-5.5ft. Again these are rough (average) estimates and others have animals that exceed these numbers.

males due to greater fat storage for reproduction purposes.Pictured below is my 00/01 male who is still preety young, but measured out to be exactly 5 feet.I dont know how much he weighs.He has not been overfed or pushed in anyway.He's gonna be a preety big boy.The pics where taken yesterday since he just shed.
