I now have two that fell off (and I was wondering why they weren't eating right) and I wanted to know if they cover their products at all. maybe there's an 800 number I could call or something?

That sucks, you just missed it. I threw it away today when i was burning papers. Im sure their website has a phone number or a "contact us" type thing.
