ok, here's the deal, i got my ball python from a reputable reptile store, but they were also known to carry bush babies. I had gotten one ball python about a week ago and it was skinny and had a lot of skin bumps, since this is my first snake i thought they should handle it and i exchanged it. now, with the new one(i've had it for about three days) i've noticed a greenish color forming around one of his nostrils. since this is my first snake, i dont know what to do and i'm very worried please answer asap!!!!!!

could be a cold or maybe pneumonia, the forst thing you need to do is get the snake to a good vet asap for an overall check and maybe some antibiotic shots.

for now you need to check your setup (temps, humidity, space, positioning of the snake) and maybe try putting some infusions of eucaliptus tea into the tank with the snake (in a safe way maybe a cup in a cage) so that the snake can use this to get all the mucus out (snakes can't cough). do this morning and night and leave the tea to evaporate and condense in the tank until it is cold then take the cup out.

One of my first bull snakes had pnuemonia and this sorted it out a treat.

HOWEVER. the vet is the best option.

Good Luck

Get a cash refund and find a real breeder/dealer...two out of two sick snakes is too many!
