cooling down fattails

I had posted a question earlier today which I thought someone would have an answer to but perhaps it was too complex. Sorry. Maybe someone at Petco will know the answer.

I was going to answer your other post, but since you couldn’t wait for an answer from people that don’t live on the forum and are getting your answer from PETCO you probably don’t need mine. Good luck.

But if our still looking, go here

Thanks for your response. Actually, due to all day going by, it didn't look like I was going to get a response so I thought that I would try to incite a response with a controversial second message. I have not been on this forum for several months and have found that it is quite difficult to get a response other than a response to a photo posted regarding how cute whatever it was that was was posted is. Anyhow, thanks for your response. I appreciate it.- Mark

Thanks so much for posting your link - it's just the info I was looking for on the board today. One specific question, though - I have a female large enough to breed, but the male is still growing and about 2/3 her size. Is it still okay to attempt to breed them, or should I wait a year for the male to catch up?
Thanks!
