Hi i have a question
my sisters fancy mice had babies but they are on wood shavings. is this ok?

As long as the wood shavings are not cedar or pine, they should be fine. If they are on pine, make sure it's kiln dried. Aspen and other hard woods are fine for rodent bedding.
