wheat bran in the vent...

I just changed over to wheat bran as a substrate today. I noticed when he pooped some got stuck in his vent. I am worried that this can hurt him. I read in other places it could cause a prolapse. Does anyone have a beardie on wheat bran, that is prone to getting it stuck in their vent, and has for a while, and is still ok. I just wanna make sure he is gonna be alright.
