permits and caiman

I have been researching caiman for quite some time now and am
very interested in getting one. The trouble is permits! where
can i get a permit? i've tryed many places. any help would be
greatly appreciated!

Unless you are a zoo or scientific organization, it is virtually impossible to get a permit for caimen. They are classified as a 'potentially dangerous species' and hobbyists are not legally allowed to own them.
