Does anyone have any experience using boaphile cages?

JDalbo Nov 11, 2004 07:41 PM

I was checking out these cages and was wondering if anyone else has been using them? I was curious if they're good cages for housing adult ball pythons?

I LOVE them. Just be prepared to wait a long time to fill your order. At least 3 weeks. but as far as quality, they are unmatched and you can't go wrong.

I've been using boaphile racks for years now. As far as I'm concerned they are the best...... My snakes seem to feed and breed better in these racks then any others that I've used.... I highly recommend them......

I just received 3 in the mail yesterday (and a stand). I plan to use one for my ball python, one for my skink and the third as a holding tank while cleaning my animals cages. they look great and I'm sooooo happy with them so far. Well worth the wait. Haven't gotten them set up and moved my animals in them yet.

they are great to deal with. Joel (the sales manager) put up with me emailing him for months with tons of questions before I even placed an order. he was always happy to help. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask. I found that they offered some things not listed on their site.

I too am interested in getting the cages. Do they seem to provide adequate air for the snakes? I noticed there was no vents in them. Also do they appear big enough to house adult ball pythons? Could you post some pics after you get you snake in it?

the venting for these cages is at the sliding glass door and these cages come in sizes to house full grown red tail boas, more than enough room for adult ball.
