ticks keep coming back i keep the cages very clean constant cleaning and changing of newspaper can someone please help

Remove the visible ticks . Spray the enclosure down thoroughly with Provent-a-mite or something comparable. Keep an eye on the animal and repeat this process until the ticks are gone. Simple cleaning of the cage will not exterminte these parasites.
