heating method

I was wondering what would be the best way to heat my IJCP cage?
I am going to make him a bigger cage soon,I was wondering what would be the best to use, a RHP attached to the top, a ceramic fixture with a halogen bulb with a guard on top, or else a heat mat or tape on the ground ? Steve

I was using a ceramic heater in an aquarium, which was drying out the tank, now I use a heat panel on the roof of my vision aboreal tank which seems to work the best.
