Ringneck found! what do I do?

chrisshon Nov 11, 2004 10:31 PM

I live in Orlando Florida. I went to the beach today and found a ringneck on the sand. it was a baby, about 4-6 inches. kinda odd. but now i have it and put in in a 10 gallon tank with dirt and bought some red worms (bait) for the food.

I dont know if i need a heating lamp or anything of that sort, and since hibernation season is coming up.. i have no idea of what to do to prepare for it. Any answers would be apreciated!

You need no lamp, a temp. at around 75 to 80 degrees is prefered. Feed it worms.
