would a mesh/screen terrarium be okay for an adult male? i know this is probably a really stupid question, but i would just like to know your opinions.

They don't hold heat very well but I suppose you could...if you covered up the sides with something. I would personally recommend a aquarium; you can get a 40 breeder critter cage for like 85$.
