It's hard to tell if a chubby frog is obese because of the shape of their body. If there are folds of skin or wrinkles the frog is probably overweight. It's generally better to under feed a frog than to over feed it. How often a frog is fed and in what quantity depends mostly on the size of the feeder insect and the size of the frog. I think a good place to start in your situation would be three to six 1/2 inch crickets at each feeding per frog two or three times a week. Make sure all three frogs are getting food. If there are crickets roaming the cage after an hour or more they are being fed too many at once. Good luck,
