Brian Emanuel is now in the process of stabilizing this orange-backed morph.

Just curious if that is the extreme version of the "orange backs" or are there any with a more reduced brown pattern; i.e. an entirely orange animal; not a rufescens, but the inverse of.
Any feedback appreciated.
Thanks for your time,
Scott
The "orange back" is basically the best(by far) of the three clutches of stripers I produced this year. They are all f2 stripes from striped parents that were produced in 2002 by breeding my original rufescens male with a normal kenyan female. The granite is a sibling to the striped animal pictured here. Most of the other sibs were striped with a less vivid orange to buffy orange and the stripes were not as broad. There was also one animal which I call a tiger morph (like a normal kenyan but orange markings thiner and more band-like). The tiger has shown up in all of my f2 stripes and in 2/3 of my f2 pure rufescens. I will be posting pics of animals myself when my new digital arrives (and after I figure it out).
Thanks,
Brian
