I read somewhere that sporatic feeding is better for the longevity of Royals than feeding on an exactly set schedule. Has anyone ever come across or collected data on this topic?

I read somewhere that sporatic feeding is better for the longevity of Royals than feeding on an exactly set schedule. Has anyone ever come across or collected data on this topic?
Y'all worry *way* too much. 
I guess that if they get fat, you might be cutting down on life expectancy just like it would for ANY overweight animal (yes, pigs included). I haven't seen any research like that for snakes, though. Doesn't mean that it doesn't exist, though. It might take 30 to 40 years to do that research, too, and a LOT of snakes to get rid of natural variations in lifespan and other causes of death. Feel free to get started, though, and keep us updated!
