Babies of all species are usually 3-5 inches. Feeding them can be very tricky, usually involving toads or lizards. I'm not sure of westerns but easterns and southerns that won't eat most toads will generally take spadefoot toads. Easterns and westerns are similarly priced, usually ranging between 40 and 75 dollars. You can expect to find easterns the cheapest but their captive care is somewhat controversial and many are very hard to wean onto rodents. Southerns bring a lot of money and chances are the prices will go up as many people are pushing for them to become protected. Southerns will bring upwards of 200 dollars from what I have seen. Adults of all species are relatively small, I personally have not seen a hog over 3.5-4 ft, and I would say they generally top out in the 3' range. Good luck.
