My savannah took a monster sh*t this morning(on me) and these 2 organs came out of its but. They were about the diameter of a pencil and 1 1/4" long. And the poo didnt stink until the black stuff came out in the second squirt and dang!

the reason for it not smelling until the black stuff came out is simple.
The first part to come out is typically all urates from those sexual organs you mentioned. Second part is the actual feces from the anus.
As for the sex of your savanna it depend son the size of your monitor. It also depends on what the organs look like if they are pink small and smooth tubes probly female, if they are long thick with a flowering tip probly male.

I would say its a female then, they appeared to smooth and pink.(from what I could see...I was a little startled by the action so I wasnt paying that much attention)
