the place i bought my beardie from told me that my dragon may not stay the same color that he is now. right now hes got a yellow head with a dark body but its like a gray body is it going to stay that way.

Chances are if it is a "normal" beardie from a pet store it will usually get more dark and pale with age. If a beardie is fired up, (soaked in water or really active) the beardie will be more vibrant and bright) After a few sheds (around 3-4 months) you will begin to better predict what your dragon will look like.

thanks but im also confused about his age the guy at the store told me he was ten wks when i got him but when i compared him to pics of a 10 wk old dragon an a 4 day old dragon he compared to the 4 day old.

I don't know what the idiot told you or what he's been feeding it or if he's lieing about the age but the best thing you could do for your new baby is go to www.beautifuldragons.com and check EVERYTHING out!!!! You'll see great care sheets, find a list of foods that are good and not good to feed and why.... The best supplements to use.... and many other usefull tips and offerings that will be of great value to you and your new friend.

Also feel free to email me or post any questions you have here in the forum....... I'm just about certtain that you can disregard pretty much everything that the pet store idiot told you.
