I dont like the idea of bringing animals in from the wild. They have a low survival rate because they are so stressed. If your eally want an anole and don't want to pay for it.
Set up their enclosure first...
a 20gallon tank, substrate, lots of visual barriers, a screen lid, a heat lamp and a UVB bulb. You want to feed your anoles as frequtly as possible, every day would be best but every other day works too. Dust the crickets with a calcium powder.
Only take one anole, unless you can tell for sure that the two you have are bothe females

I could be wrong, but I think 95% of the anoles in the trade are wild caught. In fact, the only place I know of that sells cb is
http://www.geocities.com/crazycreations2000/home
Unless you buy from that guy( or someother cb's) you're better off catching your own because you won't be supporting the trade of wild-caught. For everyone that makes it to a petshop one or more probably dies, so just go catch one.
They'll get to 8", maybe a little longer for a well cared for male.

1 tip for you, they don't drink from dishes( spray water on the leaves of plants in enclosure)
You might want to do some research into the expenses and then check and see if you can afford to get set up for anoles.
