hello . i have never owned a monitor before , and really havent had much interest . but i read an article online about ackies , and they really seem awesome . ive been pretty mucha gecko n boid buy till know , but im thinking about getting an ackie. can any1 give me some basic care requirements? and which one is better , yellow or red, they both look awesome. also how old do they live? thanx .

i dont own a monitor yet, but for about the past month i have been researching an ackie to add to my collection. they are truly awesome lil creatures and cant wait until i get one. i would say to just search on line for caressheets but the best one that i have found would be at proexotics.com. they have an awesome caresheet that has helped me so much. i dont think there is much of a differnce between yellow and reds except that reds have more of a bright color and that they are also about 100- 150 dollars more. hope this helps.
