do you think its okay for me to put the UVB thing on the inside of the cage on the side? pointing down of corse...idk just asking...as it will help me so i dont have to move it everytime...lol

well i have a 20 long until he out grows that and an 18" UVB light fixture...i mean i just thing he might be more of the light if its in his cage? idk what kinda set up you guys use as far as lighting goes

yep you can hang them in youre cage thats better with that kind of a light .
yep in a other store you can buy them cheap i also use those and not those fancy made.
only look for the watts and lenght of the tube if you buy one !
youre beardie should be placed in 12 inche from youre light.
if its getting to far away then you give to less.
with mercury vapour its revers you ned to have a minium of 12 inches away from youre reptile .
