Breeding timor monitors....?

Ive had a w/c adult timor monitor for almost 3 years now... its not a blue one or anything, just a timor monitor. It is SUCH a cool animal...and Ive been wondering if I should try my hand at breeding them since my little monster is still thriving. Does anyone have any tips for breeding/sexing them?
