In attempting to feed my pair of adult GTPs (currently being housed together) my 4 1/2' Sorong male went into a frenzy! To make a long story short he proceeded to wolf 3 adult mice before the female even had a chance to react. She is a bit on the shy/reluctant side. Anyhow that was yesterday and when I attempted to tong feed her a small rat today he blasted off his perch...didn't know he could cover the distance that quickly lol. Anyhow, I covered him w/a towel and she ate the rat and I will be separating them from now on when feeding. Question for those of you w/adults, what is a proper feeding regimen and when does "gluttony" come into play?
Thanks,
VB
